The 2012 Oakley World Pro Junior Championships in Bali kick started in Echo beach on 6 October 2012. This event is for surfers under 21 years old where they will lit up a 3 to 4 foot waves in Echo beach and Keramas beach. All the best surfers will show their powerful and progressive manoeuvres for the title of 2012 ASP World Junior Champions.
Some of the contestantis Peterson Crisanto from Brazil, last year runner up Andrew Doheny from USA and also Ryan Callinan from Australia. Other coming contestant including the 2009 champion – Maxime Huscenot from France which will be competing for the last time at the 2012 Oakley ASP World Junior Championships Bali before moving up.
Indonesian surfers also joining the event like Nyoman Satria and Gazali Hamzah along wth 48 international pro junior surfers.
